Loral Sims School of Dance's mission is to provide classical training, contemporary style and proper technique in a safe, positive and motivating environment. The fun and "family oriented" atmosphere of Studio 1 & 2 promotes self-confidence, discipline, personal accomplishment and respect for others. Students of all ages have studied under Miss Loral and her staff for years and continue to share their love and passion for dance.

The LSSD Competitive team has won multiple awards over the past 10 years at both the Regional and National level.  Awards have included multiple “Outstanding Choreography” Awards, “Best Technique”, “Most Entertaining”, “Judge’s Choice”, “People’s Choice” and 1st place and Overall Highest Scores from competitions such as Turn It Up, American Dance Awards, United States Tournament of Dance, Spirit of Dance, Leap, On Point, International Dance Challenge, Elite Dance Challenge, Dance Explosion and more.

 

LSSD was also awarded the “Outstanding Performance Award” by the Industry Dance Awards and the Turn It UP "Class Act” Award for demonstrating the most sportsmanship, teamwork and positive attitude. LSSD was selected from hundreds of studios to be awarded the “Studio of Excellence Winner” by the Association of Dance Conventions and Competitions – an award given to the studio that exemplifies industry standards.
